About Debra....

Debra Stefan is a fitness speaker/educator, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and master yoga teacher. She is a  former professional dancer and is recognized as one of the foremost freestyle females in the USA Jump Rope Federation.  Debra has practiced yoga since age 15, started teaching at 16, and began full-time for the Integral Yoga Institute of Los Angeles at age 18. Today she has over 30 years involvement in the fitness industry and continues education to stay current with the ever-evolving industry. She is a true professional fitness veteran.
